Lynn co-founded Blonk Group, the digital talent acquisition company, providing mobile job matching application and executive search services.
Lynn brings over 20 years’ professional experience of which 10 years is dedicated to HR consulting and talent acquisition within large international consulting groups in Greater China, Japan and South-East Asia. She has a track record in executive search, assessment and coaching, leadership development and change management. Working extensively with multinational companies across industry sectors, Lynn has advised leading multinationals on successful executives and built high value solutions for C-team effectiveness, organizational and leadership development. She also has 9 years’ experience in strategy consulting and publicity & marketing.
Lynn has a strong interest in women and diversity subjects. She believes in inclusive leadership and has been supporting Women in Tech initiatives, such as the Girls in Tech Paris’ Amplify event in 2020 where she was one of the judges. She is passionate about people and a firm believer that people make strategy work – the right people will deliver the right results. She wants to help the right talents and hiring managers find each other. Driven by the idea of tearing down walls and simplicity, Lynn aspires to shape the digital transformation of HR through innovative solutions that resonate with today’s new market realities.
Lynn holds an MBA with distinction from University of Strathclyde Business School (UK) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in European Studies with French, Economics and Sociology from National University of Singapore. Lynn is an English and Mandarin native speaker. She also speaks French and Cantonese. Sha has worked in the UK and lived in China and Japan.
