Vincent co-founded Blonk Group, the digital talent acquisition company, providing mobile job matching application and executive search services.
Vincent brings 30 years’ professional experience including leadership positions in various operational fields. After serving 8 years in the Army, Vincent joined a leading International Search & Selection firm in France and led its Singapore office as Managing Director for 5 years. Coach and facilitator, Vincent took part in the building and the delivery of innovative human Capital Consulting value propositions designed for large international groups.
Convinced that people are the very best assets of any company, Vincent always believed that hiring was a great opportunity for any company to build future competitive advantage and one of the most strategic responsibilities of any leader. However, he noticed often in his career that recruitment was considered a commodity otherwise a necessary but costly and painful chore. Passionate about technologies and innovation, he understood that new hiring tools, processes and methodologies could bring drastic changes into the recruitment industry. Therefore, he decided to take an active part in the digital transformation of HR through the angle he believes to be one of the most strategic: Talent Acquisition.
Vincent holds a Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University in the US and a Masters of Management from Skema business school in France. He is a former Officer Helicopter Pilot in the French Army.
